US shipping

Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our fulfillment partners. Tracking is emailed the moment a label is created.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day usually ship the same day. Weekend orders ship Monday.
International shipping
We currently ship to the US only. Canada and UK are on the roadmap — join the newsletter on the homepage to hear first.
Lost or delayed orders
Carriers occasionally scan slowly — give tracking 48 hours to update. If your order shows no movement after 5 business days, email support@thepetwhy.com with your order number and we'll chase or replace it.
Order changes & address corrections
Email us within 2 hours of ordering — after the warehouse picks it, we can't intercept.
